The terms governing your use of our website and stay at Grand Araucaria Resort & Spa.

By making a reservation at Grand Araucaria Resort & Spa or using our website at grandaraucaria.cl, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.

1. Definitions

"Resort", "we", "us" refers to Grand Araucaria Resort & Spa, operated by Araucaria Hospitality S.A. "Guest" or "you" refers to any person making a reservation or staying at the Resort. "Services" refers to all accommodation, dining, spa, casino lounge and ancillary services provided by the Resort.

2. Reservations & Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from the Resort. By completing a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are at least 18 years of age. The Resort reserves the right to decline any reservation at its discretion.

Group bookings of 10 or more rooms are subject to separate group booking terms. Please contact our events team at [email protected] for details.

3. Rates & Payment

All published rates are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and include applicable Chilean taxes (IVA). The Resort reserves the right to amend published rates without notice prior to a booking being confirmed. Payment is required at the time of reservation or as specified in your confirmation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and bank transfer.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional charges. A valid government-issued photo ID and credit card are required at check-in. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to check in independently.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves with respect for other guests, staff and resort property at all times. The Resort reserves the right to remove any guest who behaves in a disruptive, threatening or abusive manner without refund. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Pets are not permitted on resort premises unless agreed in advance in writing.

6. Casino Lounge

The Casino Lounge at Grand Araucaria is a licensed gaming facility open exclusively to hotel guests aged 18 and over. Valid photo ID is required for entry. The Resort operates in compliance with Chilean gaming regulations. The Resort promotes responsible gambling and reserves the right to implement guest protection measures. Winnings and losses from casino activities are the sole responsibility of the guest.

7. Spa & Wellness Services

Spa treatments require advance booking. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time. The Resort is not liable for any adverse reactions to treatments where the guest has failed to disclose relevant medical conditions. Spa facilities are restricted to guests aged 16 and over unless otherwise stated. Access to certain facilities may require additional charges.

8. Liability

The Resort takes all reasonable steps to ensure guest safety and security. However, the Resort accepts no liability for: loss or theft of personal belongings (guests are advised to use in-room safes); personal injury resulting from misuse of resort facilities; events beyond the Resort's reasonable control (force majeure). The Resort's total liability to any guest shall not exceed the total accommodation charges paid for the relevant stay.

9. Website Use

The content of this website is for general information only and is subject to change without notice. The Resort makes no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of website content. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages or constitute a criminal offence under Chilean law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos and design — is the property of Araucaria Hospitality S.A. and is protected by Chilean and international copyright law. No content may be reproduced without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any disputes arising from your use of our services or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Santiago, Chile.

12. Amendments

The Resort reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be published on this page. Your continued use of our services after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
